Salon Policies
Your hair satisfaction is my only goal of every experience. I know that your hair goals are extremely important to you and I want you to be happy with your experience from sitting in the chair to heading out the door! As a cosmetology professional, communication and hair health are my priorities in getting you to your hair goal! We’ll assess the integrity of your hair and what it looks like in getting you to your hair goal. If you are not pleased with your experience, I will make any adjustments I can to ensure you leave feeling stunning! If you are not satisfied with your look once we’re done, within reason, I can make adjustments to your hair in the form of a correction service. 

The limitations below are to protect all parties involved:

















Cancellations
Cancellations must be done a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If cancelling same day of your appointment or within 24 hours, you will be charged the full service. This allows me to try and schedule with another guest waiting on your appointment time. 

Late Appointments
I certainly understand that things happen. Please come with Clean and Dry Hair to every appointment and if you happen to be late, please communicate this immediately. If there is another client booked after you, we run the risk of not finishing the service (such as blow drying or styling). If more than 30 minutes late, this will be marked as a no show. Please see no show policy below. 

No Show Appointments
In the case of a no-show appointment, you will be charged 100% for the missed appointment and will be required to pay 50% deposit before booking any future appointments. More than one no-show or 30 min+ late show will run the risk of me no longer booking you for your services. 

Anyone booking an appointment with Cat Boh Beauty Co. agrees to the policies above.

  • There are NO REFUNDS offered. My goal is to build a relationship with you and learn what your hair will allow me to do with your own hair goals in mind. Sometimes bumps in the road happen, but I would rather learn your hair and make adjustments to ensure we don’t have anymore bumps. Pending your hair history, this may take time, but I’m super happy to work with you if you are patient and reasonable with me.
  • Your color is valid for a correction service within 3 days of the days your service was performed. After this window, you will be charged the typical salon pricing. 
  • The fee for corrective services are $12 per bowl of color or lightener required to make the adjustments.
  • Additional toners and treatment services will be priced per client. 
  • Your hair is not eligible for a correction service if you or another stylist makes any changes to your hair. 
  • Your hair is not eligible for a corrective service if box dye/non-professional color is found in your hair, even if we are in the middle of the service, if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting. We will do test strands before starting the service so there will be no surprises.  
  • The purchase of professional products are also required to qualify for a correction service. These can be purchased from Cat or recommended from her. At home care is vital to the lasting look of your hair and professional products are made to do just that - to stay looking professional!
